In a few brief words, describe who you would like to send this mailing to. For example, "Sereni-Tea mailing list and all attendees from the past 2 years"

For example, a parameter would be "chapel donors" date would be "FY 2018-2019" Another parameter would be "new retreatants" date would be "since August 2018"

Specify RE fields you would like to see on the list. If you want to send your mailing to donors, resident family members, but want to prioritize your donors you might fill it out this way:
Field 1: "Total donations for FY2018-2019", Segment: 1;
Field 2 would be "Total donations for FY2017-2018", Segment: 2;
Field 3 might be: "Current Resident Family Members", Segment: 3;
Field 4 might be: chapel donations from January 2017, Segment 4.
